What you need to know

We offer a fair wholesale price. If we reach an agreement, we will send you a check within approximately 10 days or deduct the agreed amount from your purchase. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the transaction.

Assessment of the condition of used equipment

Each piece of used equipment we offer is rigorously tested to ensure it is in good working order. The following classification describes the cosmetic condition of the equipment.

• Class S: Like new (e.g., open box, device with less than 1000 actuations).
• Class A: Impeccable condition, almost new.
• Class B: Very little visible wear, in excellent overall condition; no functional impact.
• Class C: Some light signs of use, but the equipment remains in very good condition (ex: slight wear on the rubber); slight functional impact.
• Class D: Shows some marks or scratches with functional impact.
• Class E: Heavy-duty use; marked wear; may have optical or mechanical defects.
