We ship all products under manufacturer's warranty to workshops accredited by the manufacturer. No repairs will be performed on-site; your equipment will be sent to experts.

Proof of purchase is required.

Please note, however, that the manufacturer's warranty never covers damage caused by water or sand infiltration, nor by impact.

Products Out of Warranty

We provide estimates at a cost of $70 tax. After receiving the estimate, you will be able to decide, with our assistance, whether it is worthwhile to have your equipment repaired. The estimate fee is deductible from the repair cost, should the repair be necessary.

Please note that prices and turnaround times are subject to change without notice. Any repair under $100 will be performed without an estimate.

Repair times vary between 4 and 6 weeks. This timeframe may be longer depending on parts availability.
